Submission Info
The ConferenceCES accepts three types of abstracts: Individual Papers, Individual Posters, and Roundtable Conversations. Further guidance on the writing rules for each abstract type is outlined below. Please ensure all submission requirements are met and use mixed-case letters and appropriate punctuation in the title and integrative statement. Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines may not be considered for review.
NOTE: Please do not submit the same material more than once (e.g., as a poster and as a paper in two symposia). Each participant can have a maximum of two presenting roles, which can be allocated across individual papers, posters, or roundtable conversations. Do not include author names or any other identifying information within the abstract document. The review process will be conducted anonymously.
Individual Paper
Prepare an abstract with a minimum of 400 words and a maximum of 600 words. The abstract should be single-spaced and written in English. Use the American Psychological Association (APA) Reference Style-7 for all citations. Your abstract should be based on a study where data have already been collected and analyzed. Accepted abstracts will be included in the final conference proceedings, which will be viewable during and after the conference.
Content Structure:
Your abstract should be organized into the following sections:
Introduction: Provide a brief introduction to the topic of your study and the research question(s) addressed.
Purpose: Clearly state the objectives and goals of your research.
Methods:
Study Population: Describe the participants or subjects involved in your study.
Methods (Measures, Data Collection Procedures, and Data Analysis): Explain the tools, instruments, or methods used to collect data and the procedures employed.
Results/Discussion/Conclusion:
Results: Present the key findings of your study.
Discussion: Interpret the results and highlight their implications.
Conclusion: Summarize the main conclusions drawn from your research.
Individual Poster

Roundtable Conversation
Roundtable sessions provide a unique opportunity for in-depth discussions and exchanges of ideas among panellists and attendees. To facilitate a successful roundtable, please follow the guidelines below for role descriptions and integrative statements.
Moderator (1 Person Required):
The moderator is responsible for organizing the roundtable and submitting all necessary information through the submission website.
They will lead the discussion among panellists during the roundtable and ensure equal participation.
Moderators are encouraged to promote diversity and international participation in their sessions.
The moderator will present a list of compelling questions addressing theoretical and methodological issues to stimulate interactive discussion among panelists and attendees.
This is a presenting role and is protected against schedule conflicts.
Panelists (Required):
Three or four panelists will participate in the roundtable.
Panelists should be well-prepared to address and debate the questions/topics presented by the moderator.
They must adhere to the timeline provided by the moderator during the session.

Integrative Statement (250 words maximum):
The moderator will prepare a summary of the proposed topic in 250 words.
The integrative statement should highlight the significance and nature of the discussion that will take place during the roundtable.
Please include the name of the appointed moderator in the integrative statement.
Single-space the integrative statement and include the title to it.
Description for Panelists' Talks (500 words maximum each):
Each panelist should prepare a description of their talk, including the questions/topics they will address during the roundtable.
Descriptions are solely for review purposes and should not be included in the integrative statement or the reference list.
Include the names and roles of all panelists in the description.
Use standard reference citations (last name[s], year) within the description, but do not provide a separate reference list.
Single-space the descriptions and omit the title from them.
Accepted abstracts and integrative statements will be included in the final conference proceedings, which will be viewable during and after the conference.
Example Questions for Roundtable Participants:
- How do interdisciplinary approaches enhance our understanding of the topic?
- What are the current controversies or debates in the field, and how can we address them through collaborative efforts?
- How can the findings from different disciplines be integrated to develop comprehensive solutions to related problems?
